Ingredients
a bunch of spring onions chopped
gobhi ( i used half a gobhi)
green chilly chopped (2)
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
tomatoes - 2 chopped
cumin powder and coriander powder ( optional ) - i added very little
turmeric powder
chilly powder
salt
Method :
1. heat oil in a kadai. add the chopped spring onions and tomatoes and green chillies.
2. Once they are slightly fried add ginder garlic paste.
3. when the oil seperates add all the powders and saute for 2 min.
4. Then add the gobhi and keep the kadai closed on the flame till the gobhi is cooked.
5. Finally add salt and little besan to this mix and saute for 2 min before taking off the flame.

Vanillla Ice Cream
Ingredients
Milk - 1/2 litre
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 9 Tbsp
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essense - 1 tbsp
Kesar - few stands (optional)
Fresh Cream - 400 ml
Method :
1. Bring Milk to Boil
2. Mix the cornflour with little cold milk.
3. Add the cornflour mix to the boiled milk and stir till till the mixture cooks.
4. Add the sugar , condensed milk and Kesar to the milk and keep it on flame for 2- 3 minutes
5. Once the above mixture is cooled . Add the cream and blend the mixture.
6. Put the mixture in a box and freeze it for about 3 hours and then blend this mix again.
7. Freeze the icecream for about 5 hours and now it is ready for scooping :)
